Our client is a well-established Civil & Military Aviation contractor
The role
Works on Airport runway rehabilitation
Brief: Night shift / day shift coordination role. Managing the day shift to ensure the night shift is prepared and resourced effectively. Site Agent will be on nights, sub agent will be on days to receive handover instructions and actions to undertake during the shift. This role is almost a ‘coordinate and deconflict' operational, design and logistical issues during the day ahead of the night shift.
Experience: Ideally Highways and / or Aviation. Asphalt, Earthworks, Drainage, AGL experience highly desirable.
Salary: Extremely competitive + package (car allowance, annual bonus and night shift project bonus)
As a Sub Agent you will be responsible for the management of the construction site in order to achieve required project delivery to the customers' objectives, while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control.
Already experienced as a sub agent you will have a relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/BEng) or equivalent and you will have extensive civil engineering and construction experience. You will be able to produce, explain accurate plans and drawings and you will have a sound knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and legal regulations.
Suitable candidates will have significant main contractor civils experience

Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering
CSCS Card
5 Day SMSTS
First Aid at Work (preferred but not essential)
