Graduate Civil Engineer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Civil Engineering Graduate to join a well established multi-disciplinary consultancy in Nottingham City Centre.

The role will involve assisting in the Civil Engineering aspects of Appraisal, Planning, and detailed design of projects for industrial, commercial, leisure, residential and public sector works.

You should have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and ideally have some UK experience, whether this is a placement year, or post graduate experience.
Main duties:

Pre purchase feasibility studies and resolution of planning conditions including drainage feasibility and highways considerations.
Detailed drawings and calculations to technical approval for adoptable highways and drainage works including S278, S38 and S104 schemes.
You will be encouraged to work towards a Professional Qualification commensurate with your Academic Qualifications.
You should be comfortable with AutoCAD / and ideally Civil 3D or MicroDrainage, along with knowing the fundamentals of Civil Engineering design to a graduate level.
