Idaho Transportation Department is hiring for an Engineer Manager I to advance the development and delivery of projects in the largest transportation expansion program in the history of the state, which includes the Governor’s Leading Idaho initiative and the Transportation Expansion & Congestion Mitigation (TECM) and Grant Anticipation Revenue Vehicle (GARVEE) bonding programs, in Boise, ID.
 
This position serves as the Deputy Program Manager and has responsibilities in two primary areas:
1.) Ensure successful delivery of projects in the program and provide guidance and supervision to a team of Project Mangers, and;
2.) Support program-wide functions such as communications and messaging; coordination and outreach to the district offices; bond sale preparation, documentation and monitoring of fund drawdown; and engaging in special initiatives being piloted in the program.
