About The Role
EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood.

This individual will support the activities of the Instrumentation and Monitoring Coordinator by taking charge of a portion of the main works project, including both our C2 and C3 sections.
You will ensure the installation of the monitoring system is carried out as specified by the Designers and in accordance with the instrumentations and monitoring statement. We would like you to assist the IMC with the production of the Contractors Monitoring Plans, required for the construction of each asset.

You will check and ensure the quality assurance processes for commissioning and testing are followed and that the relative monitoring related documentation and records are produced to an acceptable standard. You will also confirm that the monitoring sub contractor produces and updates a works programme that meets the expectations and requirements of the main works.

This role will require you to liaise with the relevant EKFB personnel to ensure permits, licenses and materials are available when required. You will also carry out checks to verify that the information required for all monitoring review meetings is available, including statuses against the trigger levels stated in the monitoring plans.
