CIVILS 3D ENGINEER
The company is looking for a 3D civils engineer to join their team in west midlands.
You will be responsible for:
* Consulting and understanding the Geometric Parameters and Standards to be used for each project, and using the information to model roads/car parks/ponds etc. in accordance with the set standards.
* Exporting 2D and 3D information/CAD Xrefs from the models for inclusion in drawings.
* Helping Junior Engineers / CAD Technicians in completing a package of drawings for a project by providing essential 3D Cad Xrefs.
* Producing Setting Out Drawings and Setting Out Reports, based on the developed 3D model.
* Using Civils 3D to optimise an Earthworks Balance on sites, working alongside both civils and structures colleagues, and compiling an Earthworks Report.
* Produce Earthworks Drawings to provide instruction to the contractor on how to carry out earthworks on site.
* Understanding the use of MHCW series 100 to 3000 in creating Civil's drawing packages for schemes.
Additional responsibilities:
* Additional responsibilities may include attending site meetings with one of our Engineers or Senior Technicians to complete surveys or attend design team meetings as required.

* This is a full time role, based on 37.5 hours per week.
* Pay is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
