Graduate Structural Engineer Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum
Graduate Structural EngineerRequirements:
Civil/ Structural Engineering degree
Your Initial Role
Site training to allow you to better understand the construction of buildings
Preparation of reports and structural calculations
Site visits to assess residential, commercial buildings, and modular construction projects
General CAD & Revit training to allow you to efficiently use the software
MasterSeries & TeklaTedds training and using it to conduct structural analyses
Hand calculations training and application on projects
Progression:
Your reviews will be conducted every 6-12 months
We will ask for your feedback to understand which type of work you enjoy most and try to ensure that you have suitable projects to work on that will allow you to progress and succeed in the profession
Your quarterly bonus and pay increases will be reviewed every 6-12 months
