Our client provides a complete range of civil and electrical design and project consultancy services ensuring every last detail taken into account.
Reporting to the to the Head of Design and Tendering, you will assist the Design and Tendering Departments in producing electricity network designs and tender specifications and training in the following.

The Role:

• Design of substations and underground cable circuits for network connections up to 132kV under the National Electricity Registration Scheme (NERS).
• Produce general arrangement drawings, cable routing drawings and cross-section drawings to aid the production of tenders and to obtain supplier and sub-contractor pricing.
• Prepare HV and LV equipment specifications. Produce required calculations.
• Assess client identified development sites and utilise desktop tools to identify any clear obstacles, engineering difficulties, and obstructions along proposed cable routes.
