Civil Engineer - Doncaster

We are keen to speak to Civil Engineers who have a background within construction. Experience in residential property construction is essential.
Duties
* Liaising with the design team to implement refinements
* Negotiating modifications with architects and consulting engineers
* Liaising with a range of people including clients, architects, other engineering professionals, sub-contractors and members of the public
* Dealing with the logistics of supplies
* Scheduling work
* Providing appropriate plans for construction
* Monitoring the provision of materials
* Liaising with and direct the sub-contractors employed on the project
* Ensuring quality of workmanship
* Finding solutions to overcome unforeseen construction difficulties
* Scheduling and adjusting each stage of the project to meet time and budget targets
* Dealing with any complaints from local people experiencing disruption due to building works
* Taking responsibility for health and safety on site
* Making judgements and solving problems
* Supervising construction
You
* Hold MEng, BEng or HNC in Civil Engineering
* Ability to undertake feasibility and technical studies
* Ability and experience using AutoCAD
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Previous experience of designing road and drainage schemes in accordance with S38, S278 and S104 agreements is desirable - desirable
* Industry experience of working on residential housing estate developments - desirable
On Offer
* Annual salary 50-60K (depending on experience)
* Group bonus
* Company car/ annual car allowance (£4500 and £6200 depending on experience)
* Hybrid role with time split between office, home and site
* Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, 8:15am - 4:45pm
* 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
