We are looking for a Civil Engineering Graduates to join my client's Engineering Division, based at their facility in Gloucestershire. Successful candidates will be offered a training programme working in each of the businesses' departments: Applications Engineering, Product, Development, Operations and Site Services. At the end of the training programme successful candidates will be assigned to one of these departments.This business is involved in cutting edge research, development, design and manufacting of modular structures across Europe.Graduate Training ProgrammeThe training contracts run for a period of up to 3 years and the programme is innovative and designed to be personalised towards the graduate. The programme is aimed at developing a Graduate's effectiveness as early as possible and ensuring that they gain any professional qualification(s) they may need to maximise their potential.When you join as a Graduate Engineer you will be given increasing responsibility during the training programme, which willgenerally involve experience in at least four different areas of the business.This business looks to work in partnership with their Graduates to unlock their talents and potential so that, together, they can rapidly shape their future to achieve the combined goals.Employer's CommitmentThis business will give Graduates the support that they need to succeed. The training scheme is accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers and Graduates will be supported by senior chartered engineers as required. Internal training will be backed up with external courses where appropriate.As well as the above general graduate training programmes, they offer civil engineers an ICE accredited training programme aimed at achieving Chartered status. This would involve working to a greater extent in the Engineering team.You will have access to many career development opportunities, both within the business and throughout the larger Group.
