What wed like from you

• Civil Engineering Qualification
• 3 years site experience working on large-scale construction projects
• Dredging works experience
• Experience with piles drilling/installation both on and offshore
• Experience with concrete works and steelworks
• Ability to understand drawings/construction specifications/design requirements
• Administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency with Microsoft Office products

More information on the role

• Inspect pile driving and dredging works
• Inspecting steelworks and concrete works carried out by contractors
• Review and commenting on contractor technical submissions e.g., correspondence, design documents, risk assessments, method statements etc.
• Attend and participate in onsite meetings
• Ensure the contractors adhere to procedures set out in the testing plan and the H&S system
• Provide input to daily/weekly/monthly reports prepared by the Site Engineer
• Keep site diary, take photos and other site records
