Penguin Recruitment are excited to be working alongside an expanding remediation and waste management consultancy in their search for a Graduate Environmental Engineer.

The successful applicant will join a close-knit specialist team and will work on a wide range of projects across the South West. This opportunity will help you enhance your knowledge of the remediation sector, provide you with a broad range of skills and expertise and will provide the perfect opportunity for career growth.

Applicants should be educated to degree level in a suitable field (Environmental Science etc) and have a full driving license. It would be desirable for applicants to have 1-2 years in remediation or environmental contracting/consulting, or graduate experience.

The main duties of the role will include, but not be limited to

Site work including soil logging, sampling and environmental monitoring
Supporting ground investigations
Ensuring that all work is delivered in line with procedures and processes and to the highest safety, health and environmental standards
Meeting clients and suppliers
