Penguin Recruitment is excited to be working alongside a globally recognised inspection, testing and compliance company in their search for a geotechnical engineer/engineering geologist in Coventry.
The successful candidate will join a market leading and expert site investigation team, working in the Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure and Industry sectors, paving the way for cities of the future and sustainable industries. To be successful, applicants should have previous industry experience and a solid understanding of typical geotechnical engineer/engineering geologist services.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
Factual report writing
Managing and collecting site data
Preparing health and safety documents during the site works phase and generally working according to company health and safety rules
Soil and rock logging
Liaising with Clients / Engineers / Main Contractors throughout the site works phase.
