Construction Director

As the IAD Construction Director, you will direct construction project management and oversight of all construction related activities as they relate to new builds or general capital projects for the Washington Dulles International Airport.

IAD Construction Director:

Serves in the Office of Engineering and Capital Development at Washington Dulles International Airport.

Directly, and through peer managers, subordinate department staff, and consultants, assumes ownership of project scope, design, quality, schedule, and budget for all construction activities for the Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). Directs, coordinates, and monitors multi-year, multi-prong capital construction projects. Ensures quality, safety and timely completion of the projects to remain within budget and schedule as set by the Airports Authority. Performs related functions.
