The Client

Our client provided complete engineering design services for residential and commercial developers over a diverse range of projects. The team helps with evaluating land use constraints in support of the site acquisition and planning process, followed by the production of working drawings for civil and structural engineering design that can vary from low-rise units to inner city regeneration sites.

The Role

The client currently employs over seventy engineering staff with many years of experience and is now looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful company that provides rapid progression within the team.

Qualifications & Experience

You must have strong analytical skills and bring an organised and accurate approach to the design work that you will be responsible for. It is also essential that you are comfortable working in a team environment where communication, both within the business and with external stake holders, is absolutely key to our success.

You will be encouraged and supported to fulfil your potential; if you flourish under pressure you will benefit from rapid progression within the team. We believe that if you have the skills, we will give you the responsibility and the rewards. Financial and resource management experience, as well as previous exposure to the residential development sector would be a benefit but is not essential. The successful candidate will also be chartered or working towards their professional qualification.
