I am seeking a Structural Engineer mid weight who is experienced in leading projects, chartered or motivated to gain Chartership in the field. You must thrive in high-pressure situations and be able to work on multiple projects meeting client deadlines. You'll be working for a company experiencing explosive growth where clear and accurate communication and collaboration on projects is critical.In this role you'll be preparing reports and calculations, attending site consultations, and developing innovative solutions. The business value broad and deep technical knowledge, specifically in the fields of structural design, drainage design, civil design, steel design, concrete design, and timber design. We do not expect you to be an expert in all of the areas mentioned above but, do expect you to be excited to learn about them!You will apply your critical problem-solving skills and innovative skills to quickly complete projects that exceed client expectations with as little lead time as possible. You must have willingness to learn and study towards the Chartership whilst developing your peers.

Qualifications of Structural Engineer
- BSc or equivalent in Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working as a structural engineer
- Driven to succeed
- Intermediate knowledge of all MS Applications
- Proficient user of TEKLA & TEDDS
- Strong knowledge of AUTOCAD
- Experience in preparing professional reports and calculations
- Ability to liaise directly with clients and enhance the client journey
- Project Management
- Strong communication skills
- Effectively manage time
Preferred Skills
- Gained/ working towards a Chartered Engineer, MIStructE, or MICE
- 5+ years working in a related leadership role
- Knowledge of REVIT
