We are recruiting for a Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer in Milton Keynes for a successful SME geo-environmental and geotechnical company.

Duties

Carry out Site Contamination Assessments from Stage 1 Tier 1 to Stage 3.
Design of remediation works and validation
Interpretative geo‐environmental report writing
Scheduling contamination, waste classification and geotechnical laboratory testing Project management and client liaison

Ability to design and supervise both geo‐environmental and geotechnical site investigations using all techniques commonly employed

Carry out infiltration testing
Mentor and line managing Junior Staff

The ideal applicant:

Full clean driving license, trailer license a positive, or ability to obtain one.
Understanding of interpretative geotechnical report writing advantageous
Experience of EIA process and reporting advantageous

This company works with small to medium house builders, quarry operators, industrial and commercial businesses.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a SME sized company and likes to work autonomously.

Benefits

Salary £40,000 - £48,000
