As Managing Director, you'll be responsible for…

Overall management and performance of the region
Bringing in new business
Managing the team and recruiting for key positions
Reporting the region's performance to the Group Commercial Director
Shepherding tenders through, negotiating and bringing tenders to life
Must haves:

Heavy bias towards the commercial understanding of groundworks
Have a strong network of clients to bring in new business and make introductions to new clients
Ability to make things happen, be decisive and understand clients
