Company - Large National M&E provider with a national team of AC / Chiller Service Engineers
Location - West Midlands
Industry - Water Cooled Chillers, Air Cooled Chillers, scroll compressor chillers, screw compressor chillers, turbocor chillers, chiller controls / close controls, CRAC systems, Hydronics, data centre cooling, data centre cooling, precision controls and precision cooling.
Desired Experience - Chiller service and maintenance engineer, fault find and fix, PPM's and some HVAC Air conditioning, refrigeration e.g. VRF / VRV.
The Role
A leading national mechanical engineering provider seeks an experienced HVAC & Chiller Service and Maintenance Engineer to add to their Scottish Technical Chiller Service Team. You will be focused on commercial planned preventive maintenance contracts and emergency fault find and fix call outs on central plant both primarily cooling covering Chiller Systems from the main Chiller manufacturers and other refrigerated and water cooled HVAC and heating systems such as water to water heat pumps.
Experience Required
You will have extensive previous hands-on experience servicing Chiller systems both water cooled and air, and you will be highly capable at fault find and fix. F-Gas, hydrocarbons, refrigeration and air conditioning qualifications / certifications and chiller manufacturer training would be an advantage. It will be of great interest if you are highly experienced with scroll compressor chillers, screw compressor chillers, turbocor chillers, chiller controls, stripping compressors on site and even hydronics, CRACK data centre cooling systems, precision cooling and precision controls / close controls. Great teamwork and communication skills are also important both from a client facing perspective and internal regional team cooperation to service contracts and resolve fault find and fix call outs both quickly and effectively. If you have worked your way up on the tools as an apprentice and are highly knowledgeable on chillers with or without Level 2 or Level 3 HVAC certifications then please still apply. Although not essential if you have experience or training on other water based systems such as water to water heat pumps then this will be of great interest.

Their Chiller Service Engineers all have extensive and advanced knowledge on servicing central plant HVAC systems from the top air conditioning, chiller and water to water commercial heat pump manufacturers and their Technical Service Engineers are highly skilled at advanced fault finding and fixing chiller systems from all major manufacturers.
The Package
Initial indications are a base salary up to £50,000 inc bonus for 37hrs a week + overtime. A company van or car will be provided along with pension, private healthcare and dental. Furthermore, up to 27 days holiday + bank holidays.
