Geo-Environmental Engineer

I am looking to speak with Geo-Environmental Engineer with around a year's industry experience situated in Stokesley for a small consultancy company that work on a wide range of contaminated land and remediation projects.

The role will suit a Geo-Environmental Engineer that has experience in phase 1 site investigation and phase 2 factual or interpretive reporting with the chance to advance their skills in remediation strategies as well as verification and implementation of these strategies.

As a Geo-Environmental Engineer, your responsibilities will involve planning and delivering ground investigations and writing up technical reports including interpretative, remedial strategies.

Geo-Environmental Engineer Specification:

* Bachelor's degree in geology, hydrogeology, geochemistry or environmental science. (required)
* Advanced degree in geology, hydrogeology, geochemistry or environmental science. (preferred)
* Demonstrated experience in groundwater and soil and groundwater sampling for contaminated site investigation and remediation
* Experience with visualization tools (AutoCAD ArcGIS) and/or groundwater flow and geochemical modelling software (Modflow, MT3D, geochemical equilibrium models. (preferred)
* Strong interpersonal skills program that the company are offering within the role.
