Site Supervisor - Civil Engineering & Water contractor
* Leading contractor
* Large long-term projects within Thames Water's AMP7 programme
* Opportunities for further progression and enrollment onto training courses available
SSA are currently recruiting for a leading Main Contractor within Civil Engineering & Utilities who are looking for Site Supervisors to join their Thames Water AMP7 framework covering Mains Replacement & Pipe Replacement projects across the London region.
This role will involve:
* Supervision and resourcing of allocated jobs to maximise production and monitor quality of work in progress by:
* Maintaining good working relationships and close liaison with client, stakeholders and members of the public
* Ensuring good health and safety practices are followed
* Assisting with human resources issues, including staff training
* Managing the allocation of company vehicles plant and equipment
* Ensure high standard of quality of work is maintained from the supporting staff
* Monitoring overall site performance
Essential:
* Experience within Civils and/or Water
* SSSTS & NRSWA Supervisor
* Leading contractor
