My client is a Leading, National Civil Engineering Company that generally operates on a Regional basis.

They are presently looking to recruit, on a permanent basis, an EA Works Manager to work on their dedicated Environment Agency Framework which generally focusses on projects in the South-eastern Region of England.

This role would suit a Site Engineer / Section Engineer / Sub-Agent. In addition, my client would also consider an individual that might not necessarily have a degree in Civil Engineering but has several years' experience of working in the Civil Engineering sector.

The majority of the projects are located in the South-Eastern counties of Kent, E &W Sussex and Surrey, although occasional travel further afield may be required. The company will pay lodge / offer flexible working conditions in these circumstances.

The work is very interesting and varied and could include the following;

· Coastal Defence Projects

· River & Marine Projects

· Flood Defence Works

· Fish Passes & Lock Refurbishment Works

· Bridges and other Structures

· Canal Works

· Reservoir Refurbishment Works

· Cliff Stabilization Works
