Scope of works -Earthworks, Infrastructure, Civils and Groundworks
-Understand contractual terms and conditions.
-Prepare take-off and material schedules
-prepare and analyse project costings for labour, plant, material and sub-contract items including sub-contractor comparisons
-prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities and Activity Schedules
-Negotiate contracts terms, attendances and payment schedules
-Prepare and issue subcontractor orders, overseeing all commercial performance throughout the contract duration
-perform risk, value management and cost control during construction
-undertake cost analysis
-advise on a procurement strategy
-identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks
-provide advice on contractual claims and disputes
-analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports
Minimum 5+ years of similar experience within the same field as a minimum.
