Are you an established Senior structural engineer looking to take the next step in your career?

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to get involved in some of the worlds most exciting projects, working in vibrant, dynamic teams, with sustainable design at the heart of things.

Current project workload would include leading-edge arts and media facilities such as the Everyman Theatre and Confetti Institute of Creative Arts to major new student residential developments, our client is supporting schemes across a huge range of sectors.

Working as a Senior Structural Engineer you will;

• You will be working collaboratively with the team to create structural designs and analyse building structures and will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects across their lifecycles, from inception to hand-over and beyond.
• You will deliver detailed, innovative and creative designs, drawings, specifications and design guidance notes using 3D software packages and will craft high quality written reports for internal and external audiences, always keeping an eye on deadlines and accuracy.
• Working across boundaries as part of a fully integrated multidisciplinary team, you will have a great platform to present your ideas and designs.
• Ensuring health and safety and sustainability considerations are central to everything you do, you will liaise with architects, clients and the wider design team to create efficient and integrated structural solutions.
• You will also have the chance to develop your leadership skills by supporting junior members of the team and through the supervision of design staff, where you will provide learning input and verify their design calculations, drawings and specifications.

In order to be considered for this Senior Structural Engineer role you will;

• Have gained a strong degree in civil or structural engineering
• Previous experience working on structural design in a consultancy environment
• You will work well as part of a close-knit team
• You will have a passion for design
• Be keen and eager to take the next step

For this structural role, our client would be offering possible hybrid working of 3 days in the office - 2 days at home, a competitive starting salary, 26 days holiday + bank holidays, annual Pay review and much more!
