Water/HVAC Commissioning Engineer

This well-established company within the water treatment/hygiene industry is actively recruiting for an experienced and hard-working Water/HVAC Commissioning Engineer to service a few commercial and industrial contracts across the Newport area. The successful candidate will ideally have extensive experience in inspecting and balancing air and water systems on large industrial sites. Candidate will ideally hold CSA grades. Applications from Swansea, Cardiff, Pontypridd, and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:

Previous experience in inspecting and balancing air and water systems.
Will ideally hold CSA grades.
Able to analyse schematic drawings and survey reports to commission system correctly.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Competent in using the Microsoft office package.
A good working knowledge of the water industry.
Experience working in a water treatment commissioning role within the water treatment industry essential.

Role:

Commissioning of air and water systems.
Calibrate equipment to accurately balance water systems.
Ensuring compliance with relevant Health & Safety legislation and company standards.
Inspect project installs when required.
Produce reports and prepare quotations.
Undertaking some water treatment duties to suit business needs.
