Graduate Civil Engineer
Location: Rochester
Salary : £27 000 - £30 000 depending on experience
Our client is a well-stablished Multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy. They are looking for a Civil Engineer to join their multi-disciplinary team.
They work on projects across a variety of sectors providing expertise to projects in areas of Civil, Structural Engineering, Rail, Roads and Bridges, Traffic, Planning and Development, Environmental and Water Engineering.
We are looking for engineers who have relevant degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. This role offers a great career progression and support to achieve chartership.
Key responsibilities:
Using relevant design software to deliver designs of infrastructure to adoptable standards
Liaising with multidisciplinary team of experts
Attending design meetings, site meetings and inspections
Working towards deadlines and budget restrictionsThe experience in the following will be of a great advantage:
Flood Risk Assessments
Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems, soakaway design
Foul Water drainage
Design skills and good knowledge of Civils 3D and MicroDrainage
Highway design and road drainage design
Project management and advising junior engineers
Managing budgets, resources, and deadlines
