Geotechnical Engineer - Bristol | £30,000-£36,000
Are you a Geotechnical Engineer who's passionate about sustainable and innovative design? Do you want leadership training and the support of structured training?
If you have experience working as a Geotechnical Engineer in a consultancy environment, we want to hear from you!
You'll be joining a close-knit engineering consultancy of around 15-20 people. You'll be supported to increase your level of responsibility while working with freedom and autonomy. As a Geotechnical Engineer, you'll work on various construction and environmental projects in the built environment. You'll work with engineering design and analysis software to produce designs and reports for geotechnical investigations, producing ground models, working on deep foundations, retaining structures, earthworks, slope stability, desk studies, and ground treatment.
Your progression to chartered status will be supported by a team of talented Engineers You'll be joining an established team of talented Engineers. As a Geotechnical Engineer, you'll collaborate with experienced teammates to develop your knowledge of engineering in the built environment.
The company has a formal training scheme to help you become a chartered member of the Institute of Civil Engineers and Geological Society of London.
What's needed for this Geotechnical Engineer position?
Ideally, you will be qualified with BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering, Geology or Engineering Geology, or MEng/MSc (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, including geotechnical engineering modules
Live locally to Bristol
