My client is a building services consultancy, specialising in industrial and commercial facilities. The Mechanical Design Building Services Engineer will develop drawings and calculations, following project specifications. The Mechanical Design Building Service Engineer will also be required to attend team meetings with the multi - disciplinary client team.

Requirements of the Mechanical Design Building Services Engineer

BEng (Hons) in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or HNC / HND in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 2-4 years industry experience depending on role
Structural design experience
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
Proficient with Microsoft Office software
Good understand of Building Regulations and CIBSE guidance appropriate to mechanical building services.
