In this context, we are looking for a customer support technician to manage, directly with customers and sales representatives, technical assistance requests for our products and systems while observing the regulations and/or specific requirements in the construction industry for the UK market.

The missions are:

* Handling and managing all technical requests to support customers and sales

* Performing specific calculations

* Providing technical assistance with products

* Participation in the management and follow-up of technical-commercial documentation

* Product training for salespeople in your field

* Responsible for the follow-up and technical coordination of "major projects" appointed by the sales department

In addition to the internal contact with the product quality department and the sales teams, this position also enables you to communicate regularly with engineering offices, certification labs, inspection offices and customers.

With a higher degree in structural engineering, you have considerable experience in the field of industrial engineering or civil engineering and a good knowledge of standards and products in the construction sector in the UK.

You have a technical and commercial interest and know how to work independently and manage your priorities. In addition, you are capable of analysis and accuracy to make decisions.

Good computer skills (office pack) and the use of special software (Autocad and acoustic and thermal software) will be part of the daily management.

Location of position: Glasgow ( with possibility of partial homework)
