Senior Engineer (Energy)

We are recruiting for a Senior Energy Engineer for the flagship London site of a blue-chip manufacturer. This is an opportunity to shape the energy agenda as the site moves towards its sustainability and de-carbonisation targets.

Reporting the site lead, this is a key leadership role for the business heading up short and long-term cross-functional capital projects to reduce optimise consumption across the site. The role will combine a passion for sustainability, strong leadership/engagement skills, and a background in mechanical/chemical engineering within manufacturing.

The day-to-day will include developing systems, techniques and models to track and benchmark energy, water and air consumption, identify inefficiencies and implement root cause resolution.

The package for this role is around the £65k-mark + blue chip benefits.
