Senior Civil Engineer - Permanent - Kent
We are looking for a Chartered Civil Engineer who is looking to take their career to the next step. Taking leadership of a team, you will be responsible for a vast range of duties, from dealing with staffing, financial and other managerial issues, whist also taking responsibility of the co-ordination of a variety of civil engineering projects from inception through to completion.
The successful candidate will have:
Be a Chartered Engineer status and Membership of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
Hold a project management qualification, e.g. APM PMQ or Prince2.
Influencing and negotiation skills
You will also have experience in managing a project team both in the office and on site, with the appropriate H&S focus.
Strong written presentation and oral communication skills.
Planning, organisational skills
Problem solving skills
Full UK Right to workThis role is working full-time hours, with the potential for Hybrid working. A competitive salary is offered, along with an excellent benefits package.
