* Provide the London structures team with leadership and guidance focused on project delivery and technical quality, including mentoring, and supporting early career professionals within the team

Candidate:

As a Principal Structural Engineer, your career has provided you with technical skills and structural knowledge which has given you the ability to translate your understanding of structural behaviours and analytical techniques into effective structural analyses and designs. Your experience in the analysis and design of complex infrastructures means you are familiar with working with the industry codes, including Eurocodes, and standards. With your interpersonal skills, you can guide teams in the analysis of structures and also communicate effectively in the face to face meetings with clients and colleagues. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

* Sound experience in analytical software packages such as SAP2000, Midas Civil and Lusas

* Experience in business development and ability to win work and sell the Company's services

* A thinking "outside the box" and a can-do attitude to solving complex design problems outside the candidate's current experience

* Ability to lead a cad technician team and provide markups drawings for detailed design

* Ability to lead and mentor team members on tasks such as structural analysis, structural engineering, feasibility studies, tender designs, detail designs, and the production of contract documents and technical reports
