Our client has a brilliant reputation across the South of the UK as one of the market leading, civil, structural, and marine design consultancies. Due to a busy and increasing pipeline of work, they are actively seeking an experienced Structural Design Engineer who has a keen interest in working throughout a range of building structures sectors. Commercial and Marine structures design has always been an integral part of the consultancy portfolio in addition to traditional steelwork, concrete and masonry constructions. You will work on projects from inception through to completion stage and current workload would include high end residential apartments, leisure facilities, historic buildings, schools, office blocks and commercial outfits.
The ideal person will be an enthusiastic Structural Engineer who has been working in a similar type of role in Consultancy. You will likely have strong technical skills and a working knowledge of structural design software including, TEKLA, TEDDS and CAD, with Revit being a bonus. You may have previous experience mentoring graduates and technicians. You will have begun progression towards Chartership. You will have gained a Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng or MEng).
For this Structural Engineer role our client is offering a healthy starting salary, support to become Chartered, regular pay reviews, options for progression within the business, pension contribution, healthcare, payment of subscriptions, hybrid work arrangements and more!
Our client also has a licence to sponsor candidates from outside of the UK with the right type of design experience. They can also offer assistance in relocation.
