Our client has a brilliant reputation across South Wales as one of the leading, civil and structural design consultancies. Due to a busy and increasing pipeline of work, they are actively seeking an experienced Structural Design Engineer who has a keen interest in working throughout a range of building structures sectors. Commercial structures development has always been an integral part of the consultancy portfolio in addition to traditional steelwork, concrete and masonry constructions. You would work on projects from inception through to completion stage and current workload would include high end residential apartments, leisure facilities, schools, office blocks and commercial outfits.

The ideal person will be an enthusiastic Structural Engineer who has been working in a similar type of role in Consultancy. You will likely have strong technical skills and a working knowledge of structural design software including, TEKLA, TEDDS and CAD, with Revit being a bonus. You may have previous experience mentoring graduates and technicians. You will have begun progression towards Chartership. You will have gained a Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng or MEng).
