Civil Infrastructure Engineer

Civil Telecoms Engineer - Lowestoft - immediate start - £150 - £200 per day

Staffing Solutions Recruitment are currently on the look out for a team / gang of civil telecoms Engineers for on-going projects based in the Lowestoft area.

Our ever growing and expanding client who run numerous projects throughout the UK specialise within the Telecoms industry, supporting 5g roll outs.

Experience in this type of work is required as must be able to read drawings and carry out the necessary workload. Working through PIA network, the role would include underground and overhead cabling, box building into openreach with track link, along with defect work.

Engineers must be comfortable in -

Rodding and roping

Cable pulling

Installation of 4/7/12 tube subduct (DPA)

Carrying out area surveys and risk assessments

The successful engineers MUST hold the following:

At least 12 months experience in a similar role

Fully kitted van and tools

SA001 Overhead safety accreditation

SA002 Underground safety accreditation

S7 PIA Sub duct and cable installation

NRSWA Unit 2 Street works

Experience of working on a fibre network

Clean Driving license

Schedule:

* 10 hour shift

* 12 hour shift

* 8 hour shift

* Monday to Friday

* Night shift

* Overtime
