Civil Engineering Estimator
Interaction is working in partnership to recruit an Estimator working administrator our Civil Engineering client based North Leeds.

They are a National Company who have experienced significant growth and have a strategic plan to grow to 100 million turnover.
As an Estimator you will be responsible for the new tenders, produce appropriate documentation for inclusion that meet client and industry accepted standards. This will include billing schedule and rates for tender applications, alongside reviewing of estimates & information from subcontract so to ensure it all costs for the work being proposed.
Reporting for all senior management
Analyse and evaluate contract performance and budgets in accordance with CML systems and procedures.
Attend site visits for re-measure of contracts
You will ...
· Have estimating experience from a civil engineering, rail or construction
· Experience of managing all pricing projects from cradle to grave
· Experience with bidding and tender
· Familiar with estimating software
· Ability to derive Schedule of Rates
· Adept in Bill of Quantities / take-offs
· Advanced excel skills alongside all other Microsoft packages
