Due to a period of incredibly high growth the company are on the lookout for a Structural Engineer to join and eventually lead their team. In this role you will be an integral member of the company and work closely with the current director to eventually take over. You will be based at the company's office in Leicester and display an ability to supervise and develop a team whilst working as part of a team. As a crucial member of the department you will have a client focused approach good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to secure new projects for the business and bid for other projects. • Supervising CAD/ Revit technicians on technical/ construction details
• Mentor junior staff
• Write detailed reports on your findings
• Manage project to cost, programme and suitability criteria
• Travel required around the country to various sites
  The Person:
  
  • Chartered or near-chartered status
  • 7 years of experience in civil and structural engineering
  • Ability to engage with clients and other construction professionals
  • Competent at using Microsoft Packages
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
