Senior Structural Engineer permanent, full-time

Location: BristolSalary : £40 000 - £45 000

We are looking for structural engineer to join our client's busy office based in Bristol.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer experienced in a wide variety of projects including residential, retail, and commercial. Our client is one of UK's leading Engineering Consultancies who operate from several offices across the country.

Requirements for this Senior Structural Engineer role:

• Bachelor's Degree or MSc in Structural Engineering
• Chartered or near Chartered status.
• Full UK driving licence
• High proficiency using a range of professional software (AutoCAD, Tekla/Tedds, Revit, Fastrak)
• Good knowledge of Eurocodes
• Ability to work independently and to lead a team

The responsibilities of Senior Structural Engineer:

• Structural assessment and inspections of new and existing buildings.
• Providing the relevant input to designers for their CAD drawing and Revit model generation
• Providing design for foundation and superstructure components for new builds, refurbishments, and extension schemes
• Liaising with the Local Authorities
• Technical lead and quality control of drawings, reports, etc.
