Are you a Senior Project Engineer looking for a new opportunity in the London area? Our client is now looking to appoint a Temporary Works Coordinator to take responsibility for managing the requesting, reviewing and installation of temporary works designs. you will be required to monitor the quality of the installation and construction of works and prepare, maintain & collate final documentation for each project for the Company's records and / or submission to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

·Review of Project requirements and production of Temporary Works Design brief
·Technical and buildability review of Temporary Works Designs
Quality Control of Temporary Works installation and required modifications, including production of design registers and required permit
Production and maintenance of Inspection Test Plans
Setting out and dimensional control of the works
Produce accurate ‘as-built' drawings of the constructed works
Recording data and maintaining site records
Be conversant and up to date with relevant legislation on construction issues
Actively promote the Company to existing and new clientsAbout you

Deep excavation and shoring Essential Qualifications
Civil engineering degree
Honest and hard working
Enjoys a challenge and being part of a team
Previous Temporary Works Coordinator Role - Portfolio required
CSCS
SSSTS
Confined Spaces Desirable Qualifications
CPCS - Appointed Persons
First Aid
