We've got a great opportunity for a highly experienced Civil Engineer to join our client's established Civil and Structural Consultancy and manage a team of multi-disciplinary professionals.

You will be working on a wide range of projects including commercial, retail, leisure and residential builds. Furthermore, you will have a chance to actively take part in the growth and future of the company.

About you

You must have a relevant degree and Chartered status;
You must be a member of ICE or IStructE
You must have a track record of managing and leading a team including Graduate Engineers, Technicians, and junior staff
You must have a good experience in developing and maintaining client base, seeking new business opportunities, and ensuring client's satisfaction
Be vocal about improving the business and make recommendations to increase efficiency
You have an excellent report writing and communication skillsTechnical skills required for this Associate Civil Engineer role

Extensive experience with design and delivery of drainage and infrastructure projects
Good knowledge of Section 38 and 278 for highways
Good knowledge of Section 104 and 106 for drainage
Strong understanding of UK Building regulations, Codes of Practice and Design standards
High proficiency in MicroDrainage and Civil 3D
