In response to a growing workload, our client is looking for an Associate level Structural Engineer for their London office. They provide a wide array of Engineering services across the UK and the globe working on a selection of Residential/ Commercial and Mixed-Use projects. Duties and responsibilities include:
* Undertake concept designs and plan projects from concept to construction
* Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on budget whilst meeting technical and commercial expectations
* Manage project budgets and fees
* Guide and motivate team members
* Mentor more junior members of staff
* Communicate targets and goals to the wider team
* Interact and cultivate relations with clients and other project members
* Develop new business and introduce new clients
* Assist in the recruitment process
The ideal candidate will be a Structural Engineer chartered with either the IStructE or the ICE who has a proven competency both technically and on a managerial level.
