Basically you are going to help ensure that mechanical and structural engineering works on rolling stock (trains/carriages) meet required standards.
This will mainly include:
* Viewing damaged railway vehicles and assess scopes of work
* Help in preparing cost and timescale plans for reengineering works
* Set up work procedures for workshop
* Ensure documentation is accurate on work carried out
About the Client.
Client offer a range of overhaul services to owners & operators of passenger rail vehicles. With a focus on driving technological improvements and delivering high quality solutions that meet the demands of the rail industry. A part of the business is also involved in a number of projects that put environment at the core of operations.
Are you right for the role?
Rail experience would be superb ; however are open to a range of industries where there are similarities to work done here!
Remuneration & core information.
This is a permanent position
Salary circa £50,000
