We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to work in the High-Speed Asset Management team.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Asset Management.
The Senior Civil Engineer will be experienced in Asset Management activities for Building and Civil Engineering assets, including inspection, maintenance, and renewal.
Location: Stratford
6 months rolling contract.
500 per day inside IR35
Hybrid working environment.
Scope of Services
In general, the Senior Civil Engineer will be required to:
Develop work packages and contract specifications for maintenance requirements.
Develop works information packs / technical requirements for refurbishment and renewal schemes.
Review inspection reports and raise maintenance requirements within the Asset Management system.
Manage compliance to (High Speed) Civil Engineering standards and develop plans to recover compliance where required.
Provide general technical input to the team.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Proposed candidates should possess the following skills, experience & qualifications:
Chartered Engineer, or able to demonstrate an equivalent level of competence.
Degree in Civil Engineering
Membership of relevant professional institution
Substantial Civil Engineering experience, and knowledge of maintenance and other Asset Management activities of Bu
