Civil Design Engineer - Bristol | £30,000-£38,000

A company that puts its people first...

Come and join a collaborative engineering consultancy where you'll work on projects throughout Bristol and the UK. You'll get stuck into new-build construction projects in various sectors and make an impact through regenerating cities.

There's a team of around 20 Engineers for you to work alongside, and the business has the support of several other UK offices. They have a people-first culture and the whole organisation is employee-owned. This means you'll share in the company's financial success each year!

Your progression will be supported through ICE accredited training and close mentoring to become a Chartered Civil Engineer.

You will have the flexibility to work from home and the office and thrive off unlimited support for continued professional development.

A diverse project portfolio is available, so if you're interested in a varied workload throughout core industries in the private and public sectors, this is the place for you. Sustainability is a key focus on projects, and you'll work alongside internal sustainability consultants to deliver low-carbon solutions.

Some good software skills will be needed. Ideally, you will have worked with AutoCAD, Microdrainage, Civils 3D, and Revit. Knowledge of BIM Level 2 projects will also be a bonus but not essential!

The salary offered will depend on experience, but £30,000-£38,000 is a good guide. Other perks include a cycle-to-work scheme, mental health and wellness support, company-provided holidays, enhanced maternity pay, and your birthday off. Plus, flexible working and a 7% pension!
