Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced construction focussed Project Engineer with a background in nuclear or defence on a contract basis, to be located in Plymouth.
Main Responsibilities;
· Management and delivery of distinct tasks & activities, by coordinating sub-contractors and other trade groups;
· Assisting with the co-ordination of your project team which will include regular liaison with a broad range of stakeholders such as design engineers, commercial officers, quality assurance, operations and maintenance;
· Supporting the planning and scheduling of project activities;
· Developing control of work information;
· Producing regular and accurate project reports & metrics;
· Managing technical documents' including;
o Method Statements and Risk Assessments
o Scopes of Work
o Lifetime Quality Records
· Acting as a site technical representative for subcontracted works, which includes delivering site inductions and managing those visiting or working on our sites.
