Structural Engineer required for a growing consultancy in their new Bucks office. The new Structural Engineer will be working for a company that specialise in the design and delivery of a variety of projects, mainly high end residential and commercial projects.
The Structural Engineer will be working on a range of projects and must be willing to work hard and hit the ground running to accommodate the current work load. The ideal Structural Engineer will have ideally 2-5 years' experience working as a Structural Engineer within a consultancy environment
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Structural Engineer to progress their career within the business. There will be support from
chartered engineers and Directors, and career development as well as the oppotunity to pursue chartership with the ICE or IStructE.
Structural Engineer Position Overview;
* Completion of beam & column calculations
* Structural analysis
* Make drawings, specifications and computer models of structures for building contractors
* Liaise with professionals to agree on safe designs to fit with the aesthetic concept of the construction
* Develop construction plans
Structural Engineer Requirements;
* BSc/ BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering
* Graduate Member of the ICE or IStructE
* Minimum of 2 years' UK experience,
* Experience with a range of projects
* Software experience - AutoCAD
* Revit would be advantageous
Structural Engineer Remuneration;
* 25 Days' annual leave (in addition to BH)
* Flexible/hybrid Working
* Profit share scheme
* Free On site parking
* Membership fees exam fees and general costs associated with self-improvement
* Route to Chartership
