Job Title: Graduate Laboratory Test Engineer (Open to Mechanical Engineering and Environmental Science graduates)
Location: Warwick (On site full-time)
Salary: Extremely Competitive
Type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday-Friday

For this role, you will need to be a recent graduate with no industry experience required. This position is based in the European Environmental testing centre of excellence providing testing solutions for customers in a range of sectors, who need to ensure their product is compliant and safe.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organise and perform a range of environmental tests in line with procedures
Design, detail and test rigs and fixtures
Liaise with customers, other departments, test engineers, test technicians and external agencies
Prepare test reports and certificates
Attend meetings in order to discuss technical requirements
Report to the Depart Manager for the technical integrity of the work performed
Prepare subcontract and ancillary item purchase requisitions
Provide support with continuous improvement
Liaise with onsite customers witnessing their tests
The person:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Environmental Science
Ideally experienced in physical environmental testing relating to: Vibration, shock, temperature & humidity, Altitude, salt fog, sand and dust, fatigue
Ability to use and operate a range of MS Office products and bespoke systems
Demonstrates the ability to work efficiently and be flexible under pressure
A personable, professional individual with a passion for engineering
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer facing
Must be eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance, so must have been resident within the UK for a minimum of 5 years
