Senior Structural Engineer
full-time, permanent
Location: Manchester
Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 - depending on experience
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer to join a growing Civil and Structural Consultancy.
With 4 offices between London and Liverpool, our client's Consultancy is expanding their teams. As a Senior Structural Engineer you will have a chance to work on a number of interesting projects, collaborating with private and public bodies.
The team you will be a part of operates from the South Manchester office. Projects include new buildings (in sectors such as education, healthcare, residential), refurbishments, repair and regulation checks.
The Senior Structural Engineer we are looking for will be:
Graduate with relevant degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Working towards chartership or be chartered
Highly proficient in using Tedds/Tekla, AutoCAD and Revit
Able to coordinate the workload and work independently
Able to provide high quality concept and detailed technical design drawings for foundation and superstructure
Able to collaborate with team of designers and architectural consultants
Experienced in UK based residential projects including new build, extensions and refurbishments, as well as surveys and site inspections
Conversant with Codes of Practice, Design Guides and RegulationsThe Benefits include
