Senior Structural Engineer looking to work for an innovative, forward-thinking engineering consultancy that really cares about its impact on climate change, biodiversity, and the rest of the environment? Are you an experienced Structural Engineer looking to take the next step in your career?
This is a great opportunity for a Chartered or almost Chartered Structural Engineer to join a team of experts working out of this consultancies Oxford office. With dedicated technology, this consultancy is focused on making environmentally friendly buildings, considering the embodied carbon of the designs they create. Every conversation starts with sustainability as they treat the environment as a key stakeholder.
Having been established in the 1970s, completed over 30,000 projects, and won 850 design awards, this consultancy has a strong reputation in the industry. They employ about 170 members of staff across 4 UK offices and are constantly looking for great talent to join their structural and civil engineering teams.
The successful candidate will be joining a team of 15 focusing on structural engineering. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role and will have been exposed to various projects in different sectors - Residential, Commercial, and Education. Additionally, experience working with all common building materials is required.

Chartership support and mentoring Senior Structural Engineer - Requirements
Experience across all common materials.
Confidently lead a team on various different projects.
Manage/oversee multiple projects at once.
Mentor more junior staff.
Experienced in working with a range of building typologies both new buildings, refurbishment and ideally some listed building experience.
