As a Civil Engineering Estimator, with a demonstrable track record within the engineering / construction sector and qualifications in relevant disciplines, you will be assisting the current team in the timely preparation of independent estimates for major infrastructure projects, as well as a range of data analysis and cost engineering services.

The role involves substantial engagement with clients and project teams working on some of the UK's biggest projects and a chance to grow with a family owned and orientated SME.

Skills & experience

Sound knowledge of civil engineering construction, with some site experience
Strong numerical and data analysis skills
Commercial awareness
Preparation of reports
Accurate and consistent approach
Experience in the preparation of cost estimates from first principles
Good communication skills and the ability to engage with your colleagues
