Contracts Manager - Civil Engineering

Regional civil contractor with strong pipeline of future work requires a Civils Contracts Manager to join the business. The company have been in operation for over three decades and have very good relationships with clients and the wider supply chain across the region.

They deliver projects ranging from £50K to £1.5M, with works spanning roads, car parks, retaining structures & highways maintenance.

This is a senior role within the business and therefore all encompassing. The successful candidate will be involved within the full life cycle of projects. Therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate a solid background within civil engineering, preferably with experience of pre-construction tendering, project delivery, commercial & contractual awareness & stakeholder engagement.
